Call centers Webhelp is a reference in France in call centres and CRM outsourcing. The group has stood out from 2000 thanks to a unique balance between traditional customer relations services (incoming and outgoing call centres, telemarketing and mail management) and fast-growing innovative solutions (e-mail management, online Internet assistance and call-back).
In 2011, Webhelp employed more than 8 100 people split between the twenty sites in France, Morocco and Romania.

Webhelp is a truly dynamic company headed by a pair of managers who have demonstrated their ability to grow their company and whose strong entrepreneurial spirit made a profound impression on Capzanine. The Fund supported the business and its financial partners during the first two LBOs (2006 and 2007), arranging or co-arranging the mezzanines for the transactions. These partnerships between the Funds and the management team have made it possible to accelerate the company's growth, with revenues climbing from 29 million in 2005 to 160 million in 2010, or even develop new business lines, such as Webhelp TLS for virtual assistant services and Webhelp Office for content creation.
