• The Solice Group is leader in France in the manufacture, supply and installation of pre-insulated piping for urban heating and cooling networks on behalf of major network operators such as Dalkia, Elyo, Cofatech, etc.

Established in 2002 when Inpal was taken over, the Solice Group has since developed through organic growth, and externally with the acquisition of its competitor Wannitube in 2005.

Its services stand out as a result of the level of overall service it is in a position to give its customers, in particular supervising the tube assembly phase and actually installing the network. The Group is the only player in France offering a turnkey solution.

INVOLMENT OF CAPZANINE IN 2006

• Nature of the deal: OBO

• During this operation, Capzanine joined forces with the management and Fonds Siparex, arranging the mezzanine financing and taking a share in the capital. The quality of the management team and the Group’s position as leader on a growth market with the changes in the energy regulations (Grenelle de l’Environnement – the French environment forum), were key factors in the decision to support its development.
