• The Group STELLA Holding is made up of two independent entities ; La Toulousaine and Profalux, and is now a key player on the building closing device market.
La Toulousaine, set up in 1975, is the leader on the curtains and grilles market (metal curtains with either full or micro-perforated slats, metal grilles and transparent curtains). In the 1990s it expanded through organic growth to the sectional door market (residential and industrial) and in 2006, the company bought ANC Europe, which then gave it penetration on the gates market.
The Group further enlarged its product range in 2007 with the purchase of Profalux, the aluminium roller shutter specialist.
Its product range aims at different market segments (trade, industry, residential) and is sold through a network of retailers / installers and corporate customers.
• Management : Didier Simon (CEO of La Toulousaine and President of the STELLA Holding's Management Board)

• Date of the first investment : june 2010
• Given the quality of the Group’s management, its reputation, the quality of the products offered by La Toulousaine and Profalux and its position on the renovation market, Capzanine was keen to arrange the mezzanine financing for this third LBO and take a small equity share alongside the new majority shareholder; Barclays Private Equity. This operation means the group can accelerate its development through build-up and further extend Profalux’s geographic expansion.
