• Created in 1987, Groupe Findis is one of the leading French distributors of household appliances, consumer electronics and kitchen implements focusing on local shops.
With a sales force in 2010 of more than 110 representatives, the group serves and delivers 8,000 customers in France and runs its own network of outlets under three retail names (ProxiConfort, BlancBrun and Cuisine Plaisir). Findis creates added-value by proposing a wide range of products to retailers at attractive prices (wholesale), prices they would normally not benefit from due to their small size. The latter are delivered within D+1 thanks to the group’s highly efficient logistics scheme.

• Thanks to excellent management, Groupe Findis is now a leading firm in its sector. Its position as a challenger on a resilient market and the many areas of development that remain to be explored (geographical expansion, increasing the retail network…) have guided Capzanine in its decision to join the management and Activa Capital for this new operation.
