• Bénédicta holds strong positions on the market for cold sauces in France: no. 1 in speciality sauces (Béarnaise, Bourguignonne, etc.) and salad sauces, no. 2 in mayonnaise. The brand has demonstrated great ability to innovate, both in its traditional products (new packaging, new recipes) and with new ranges (success of the "Oh Ouizz!" range). In July 2005, Benedicta acquired exclusive distribution rights for Italian olive oil brand Carapelli.
